Call For Elected Officers Nominations For 2021 Term Year

All ASQ Baltimore section members may submit a nomination for any elected section officer positions.  Each of these positions is for a one year term (January to December 2021). Submit your name, email address and the elected officer position you would like to be considered for via e-mail to by October 4, 2020. 

Eligible individuals must be Regular Members of the Society in good standing and have a membership in the Baltimore Section 502. Regular members are voting members of the Society: Full, Senior, Fellow, Honorary, and primary contact of Site/Enterprise/School/District memberships.

2021 Section Elected Officers Positions:
Section Chair 

Functions as the chief executive officer providing leadership and overall management to ensure that the defined mission and goals are met by the Member Unit. The Chair has the primary responsibility for representing the Member Unit to its members and to the Society. Oversees all aspects of Member Unit management and leads all Member Unit member leaders.
Section Vice Chair
The vice chair is the second in command after the chair. Preside over Member Unit leadership committee and member meetings in the absence of the Chair.
Section Secretary
Document Member Unit business and maintain records of the Member Unit. Serve as the official correspondent of the Member Unit.
Section Treasurer
Oversee section funds. Maintain accurate section financial records. Report on financial condition of the section at times directed by the bylaws and policies and procedures.

All elected section officers must uphold Society by laws, policies and procedures, and division management agreement (DMA) /section operating agreement (SOA)
