May 12 Section Meeting - Registration Now Open Through May 10

Our May 12 meeting will be held as a Virtual Meeting in accordance with the State of Maryland guidelines on physical distancing.

Our featured speaker is Dr. Jeffrey Jones. Dr. Jones has a Master’s in Systems Administration from the University of Central Michigan, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Central Florida as well as over 40 years of IT project management experience in the public and private sectors. The title for the program is "Dilbert's Guide to Project Management." The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) provides a guide to project management and project success. Dilbert highlights what could go wrong with your project. Who is correct? PMI or Dilbert? Come laugh and learn as we discuss project success and failures.

Dr. Jones will also present a tutorial on ITIL4.
What is ITIL 4? How does it differ from ITILv3?  Why should you use ITIL4 and does it matter?
