Speaker Bio: Sandra Menzies, MS, ICF-ACC, ASQ-CQA, ASQ-CQM/OE, PMI-PMP at Menzies Coaching & Consulting
With over 35 years of experience, Ms. Menzies has held quality-related and project management positions at BioQual; Biocon, Inc.; Otsuka Maryland Research Institute; TherImmune Research Corporation; and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ms. Menzies is also a yoga instructor and a mindfulness advocate and practitioner.
Ms. Menzies currently uses her knowledge and experience to serve her clients as a Holistic Leadership Coach and trainer. She specializes in providing space for clients to explore who they are personally and professionally, so they can grow and live the life they want. Clients identify and practice ways that they can live with intention and purpose, so that they can embrace the next steps in their journey.
Ms. Menzies helps individuals, teams, and organizations understand the beliefs and biases behind different actions and behaviors. As clients clarify their strengths and visions, they explore ways to incorporate new habits and rituals into their daily routines. Through increased experience, trust, and competence, clients grow their capabilities while creating cultures that allow everyone to function at their highest abilities and in alignment with the organization's vision.
