And now that the date is confirmed, it’s time to start introducing the people who will take the QXCon stage.
Meet Our QXCon 2026 Keynote Speaker
Dr. Tres Bishop
Dr. Bishop helps organizations improve performance, streamline operations and build stronger systems for continuous improvement.
With more than 20 years of experience in quality and operational excellence, he works with leaders to reduce inefficiencies, improve customer outcomes and create more effective workflows using Lean Six Sigma, project management and evidence-based improvement methods.
His experience spans aerospace and defense, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, government and private industry.
Dr. Bishop holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree and professional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
He is an Operations Management faculty member at Florida Atlantic University and Managing Director and Co-Founder of Tres Bishop Consulting.
His applied research, publications and professional work focus on Lean Six Sigma, quality management and project management, with particular emphasis on extending continuous improvement methods beyond traditional manufacturing environments and into service-based organizations.
At QXCon, Dr. Bishop will bring a practical and engaging perspective on leadership, communication, collaboration, Lean Six Sigma and decision-making under pressure.
During our conversation with him, one statement stood out:

That message connects directly with this year’s theme.
Quality depends on strong systems, processes and tools, but behind every improvement, decision, challenge and result are people.
